There is a well-known scammer in the PTC industry that goes by the name of Jeffrey Johnson.This guy runs several PTC scam sites that promise ridiculously high rates per click and terms of use that are designed so that he never has to pay his members.
This guy has been doing this crap for awhile and pretty much preys on new PTC users.And his payout terms are just as ridiculous as his click rates.
